It seems like an incredibly important discovery finding Forerunner tech, and yet I can't find where exactly humanity first discovered Forerunner tech (or more accurately, "rediscovered"). Slipspace travel was invented in 2291, the first colony ships were unveiled in 2310, and the first wave of extra-solar colonization efforts was in 2362. At the earliest, humanity could have discovered Forerunner artifacts on extra-solar worlds as early as the 2310s. The Menachite portal complex on Reach could have been discovered relatively early on since titanium mining was a major aspect of Reach's colonization, so not long after 2362. Arcadia, which had exposed Forerunner structures in close proximity to human settlements, was colonized in 2429. This would be the upper bound for Forerunner discovery, and also the point by which the general human population would have been aware of the existence of alien civilizations.--File:PENGUIN4.gif|15px]]FluffyEmoPenguin(ice quack!) 17:50, 28 February 2016 (EST)
