Alt Burgundy was an alcoholic beverage that was brewed on the UNSC colony world of Jericho VII. After the colony fell in the Battle of Jericho VII, the beverage became very rare and was much sought after by many service personnel and civilians during war times, whether for in the times of the Human-Covenant War or the Insurrection conflict.
