A known resident of this area is Ignatio Delgado, who occasionally docked the Distancia in the docks here.[1] The area also has several abandoned warehouses, owned by Peter Bonifacio. A gunfight broke out here when Ignatio Delgado refused to hand over important data to Peter Bonifacio, and Diego Esquival was hit during the fight.
