Template:Ratings Habitat El Cuidad is an area of The Rubble. Based in the Inner Rubble, El Cuidad is more of a residential area, and has several indoor docks. A known resident of this area is Ignatio Delgado, who occasionally docked the Distancia in the docks here.[1] The area also has several abandoned warehouses, owned by Peter Bonifacio. A gunfight broke out here when Ignatio Delgado refused to hand over important data to Peter Bonifacio, and Diego Esquival was hit during the fight.
