The SKT-13 Shuttlecraft[1] is a Human ship. It is a larger version of the Bumblebee Lifepod. They are used to ferry UNSC material and personnel to and from various locations.
The Command Shuttle mentioned by Cortana in Halo:Combat Evolved may have been one of these.
