The Coral Sea was a Mako-class Corvette of the United Nations Space Command. In 2552, it was stationed at Earth and fought in the First Battle of Earth. The Coral Sea descended near New Mombasa to help in the fight taking place there, and was one of four ships fast enough to follow the UNSC In Amber Clad into slipspace with the Assault Carrier commanded by the High Prophet of Regret. The Coral Sea was faster than the Dusk, and sped out of their sensor range in slipspace. The ultimate fate of the UNSC Paris, UNSC Redoubtable, and Coral Sea is unknown.
