On any level with marines and one of those "Covenant gravity towers", If you have a marine in your passenger seat of a warthog and drive so that their side is right next to the purple beam of the grav tower, you can make them fly!(Preferably on outskirts right before the tunnel) You get on top of the hog and tell them to get out. When they jump out, they should get caught by the beam and taken to the top of the tower. They can only fly if you have already "broken the grav tower."
