Since New Harmony is a city on Mars (where Lasky is from), isn't it more likely that the New Harmony Lasky mentioned in Halo 4 is the one in Mars? :It would make more sense to me if he was referring to the city. However his statement, ''"Beautiful, isn't she? I don't get to see her often enough. I grew up '''on''' New Harmony."'' seems to refer to the colony rather than a city, as he says 'on' instead of 'in'. - It would make more sense to me if he was referring to the city. However his statement, "Beautiful, isn't she? I don't get to see her often enough.
