Licinus

Licinus was a Jiralhanae of the Covenant attached to the cruiser, Rapid Conversion.[1] He was a part of the Maccabeus Clan and was wounded during the first contact with the Humans, getting shot in the chest twice, puncturing one of his lungs. Maccabeus put a stabilizing sheet onto his chest that would help his lung re-inflate.
