It's complicated, y'see. =D
First, the Elite guards at the antechambers to the High Council must scan your DNA. THen you have to hand over your weapons. Then, you gotta kill ten brutes in two seconds. Then, you have to ressurect Tartarus, kill him five more times,cut off his head with an energy sword. You then present the head to me, and then I give you a pat on the back and let you in. =D

Interesting fact:User:Qual 'Fulsamsee's teacher is related to Chris Barret.
The CoH is in full swing.We have a ton of members. The Covenant pages are at their peak.And Everyone is helping out. All in all a good few weeks for The CoH.

- Speaker of the High Council
The positions are for the new combined group of the CoH and UoH but some users are striving to tear apart this union and want to end Donut THX 1138 and RR's rule over the new supergroup. We can’t let this user strip the power from Donut THX 1138 and RR’s rule.

Allow me to make a suggestion. If you want to get a promotion, work on covenant related articles, the featured article or upcoming articles. If you find that you know nothing about the feature article, try and work on one of the upcoming articles. I think if the high council sees that you are actively involved in the CoH and it's articles, you will get promoted. Peace. I am requesting administratorship solely to aid in Halopedia's vandal fighting efforts. There have been many times where vandals have struck, and I am unable to ban them, and can only revert their malicious vandalism manually by hand and drop a line requesting our current esteemed administrators to help.
