The FM 7-28 is a Special Forces field manual used by the United Nations Space Command.[1]

Content
It contains information on heads-up displays; various UNSC and Covenant ordnance such as vehicles, weapons, and troops; Covenant Species; as well as other field information.[1]
Usage
On the 23rd July, 2552, SPARTAN-B312 was sent a condensed copy of FM 7-28 from Colonel Urban Holland when they were reassigned to NOBLE Team.[1]
