Vran 'Mkoth is a Sangheili pilot serving in the Swords of Sanghelios. He is one of the personnel attached to ANVIL Station as part of the Sangheili component to the Anvil Initiative. Among the Spartan personnel who work under him, he is nicknamed "the Elder" - despite not being particularly older than any of them. As part of the Anvil program, he works as a wing leader for one of the Banshee air units assigned to ANVIL Station, leading Spartans Natalie Kenzo and Syed Khan on patrols and missions.[1]
