An untitled entry in the Halo Waypoint Chronicle series of short stories is being written by 343 Industries. It was announced on the Canon Fodder Live panel at the Halo World Championships 2024, and is set to release to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Halo 2's release alongside the Great Journey multiplayer event in Halo Infinite.[1]
