Vimo 'Arach was a Sangheili Screecleaver serving within the Banished. During the Installation 07 conflict, he was in charge of Ransom Keep, serving as the commander of the outpost.[2]
He was befriended with Jato 'Ratum, and both held the title of Screecleaver.[1]
