Notes
- ^ When the Waypoint Kelly-087 article on Halo Waypoint was first pushed, it contained the wrong date of June 21, 2511, this mistake conflicted with Halseys Journal - September 15, 2517 where it said Kelly eluded capture for six hours due to "believing it all to be an elaborate game for her upcoming birthday. This mistake was later fixed, in later versions of the article, with all future media using the revised date.
- ^ According to Chapter 25 of Halo: The Fall of Reach, the ship saw service for forty-three years meaning it saw use in 2509, however this is not possible with same chapter saying the structural system that was used in the ship being created in the following year 2510.
