Marvin Mobuto

Staff Sergeant Marvin Mobuto was also noted by 343 Guilty Spark to be a Reclaimer. He was the first "Reclaimer" that Guilty Spark recruited to retrieve the Index. It is amazing that he got as far as he did in the Library (Level), given that he had no MJOLNIR armor or physical augmentation, as SpartanIIs do. The Master Chief found his body in the Library, surrounded by spent shells and untouched by the Flood. To quote the Chief: "I didn't know you, Sarge, but I sure as hell wish I had. You must have been one hard-core son of a bitch." It is believed that his body was so mutilated that the Flood left it, believing it was of little practical use to them.
