Template:Planet Cleyell was a colony world of the Unified Earth Government in the Outer Colonies.[1] The colony was attacked in 2556 by a faction of the former Covenant who subsequently glassed the entire surface with the exception of a single city.[1] UNSC Cascadia moved into position in orbit of Cleyell soon after to conduct search and rescue operations for the stranded colonists on the surface.[1]
