Decided Heart, also known as Malurok,[1], was a Sangheili base world. It was home to a number of barren atolls, which housed the state of Moram, where Ripa 'Moramee's clan had settled.[2] At one point, 'Moramee attempted a coup against his own clan leader, leading loyal forces in an attempt to assassinate the clan's leadership. This attempt failed, and he was tried and imprisoned for his crimes.[3] It was also the homeworld of the Sangheili Warrior Parg Vol.[1]
