High Charity (Structure)

Summary

High Charity is the Covenant's mobile home planet. It is also where all of the vital facilities that run the Covenant's government are.

The religious leaders of the Covenant, the High Council, and other important figures all reside within this huge hollowed out planet dozens of kilometers wide and surrounded by hundreds of mighty Covenant capital ships.

This mobile home is also capable of pinpoint Slipspace jumps like all Covenant ships, and was infested by the Flood. It was also powered by a massive Forerunner ship that may have been "The Ark of the Covenant," as it is found in the "holy city," which is what the Covenant refer to High Charity as.
