- Jake Courage's photo exhibit Killing Time wins the John Pilger prize.[3]
- Thrust assemblies are replaced on the UNSC Spirit of Fire from the scuttled UNSC destroyer Calcutta.[4]
- SPARTAN-II Blue Team shuts down United Rebel Front Station Jefferson in the Eridanus System.[5]
- Blue Team destroys, captures or otherwise eliminates the United Rebel Front Destroyer Origami sometime prior to November.[5][note 1]
- Blue Team eliminates a United Rebel Front high-explosive manufacturing facility at an unspecified location sometime around November.[5]
- Blue Team disrupts United Rebel Front activity in Micronesia and breaks up a saboteur ring on Reach between November of this year and May 2531.[5]
