Anvil is an operation in Halo Infinite. The operation will run from July 2, 2024 to July 30, 2024.[1] The operation is themed around ANVIL Station and the Anvil Initiative; the fictional framing for Halo Online and Series 5: Anvil of Halo: The Master Chief Collection - a joint collaborative program between the UNSC and Swords of Sanghelios. The operation focuses on the Rakshasa armor core, with Sangheili-themed customizations options.

Production notes
The operation was originally announced as Spartan Surplus, but the content within it was shuffled, and it was eventually retitled to Anvil for currently unknown reasons.[2] The content within Spartan Surplus was Mark IV-themed, featuring the Ökonom helmet and the TAC/Gregor shoulders, with both being released on the event at the Store as an Armor Bundle or as indidivual armor pieces. Additionally, content within the updated operation came from a scrapped bundle originally dubbed "Contract Killer".
