Summary
A Pelican pilot aboard the UNSC cruiser Pillar of Autumn. Mitchell is sent to fly the Spartan red team, headed by Spartan Fredric-104, down to the surface of Reach during The Battle of Reach aboard Pelican Bravo 001. He is killed by a Covenant Seraph fighter that fired plasma at the pelican, destroying its cockpit with him inside. It is likely that he was from the 23rd Naval Air Squadron.
