Hakeem Kae-Kazim.

Hakeem Kae-Kazim is an actor of Nigerian descent who played Georges Rutaganda on Hotel Rwanda in 2004, directed by Terry George. He also starred as Colonel Ike Dubaku in season 7 of the Fox television series 24 and the TV movie tie-in 24: Redemption.

He portrayed Dr. Endesha in Sadie's Story,[1] and Jorge-052 in Halo: Reach.[2]

Trivia

He is erroneously credited as "Hakeem Kae Kazin" in Halo: Reach.
