Wuzum-pattern Spectre

Summary
Introduced in Halo 2, Spectres are small Covenant troop transport vehicles that appear to serve a purpose similar to that of the human Warthog. Like the Ghost, it hovers. The vehicle also has a Shade turret mounted on top. Unlike other vehicles, the Spectre can boost without loosing weapons power.
