High Prophet of Mercy

Summary
The High Prophet of Mercy is one of three High Prophets that lead the Covenant. It is speculated by fans that he is the second most powerful of the three, with the prophet of Truth being the most and the Prophet of Regret being the least.
Very little is known about the prophet of Mercy, as - unlike Truth and Regret - His role in the game is relativley slim. Due to his appearance and voice, it is thought that he is the eldest of the three prophets. During a meeting with the Arbiter and the Prophet of Truth he tells a bit of history about the Covenant, mentioning the Grunt Rebellion and the "Taming of the Hunters".
He and the High Prophet of Truth were attacked by the Flood on High Charity and Truth let him be killed. Before his death, he was found by the Master Chief and questioned where Truth was going. He answers, "Earth, to finish what we started. And this time, none of you will be left behind."
