This remnant faction is a splinter group formed from members of Jul 'Mdama's Covenant faction that believed Sali 'Nyon was the true hand of the Didact.^[2] When the UNSC sent a Pelican and Broadsword to the surface of Aktis IV, the faction used AA cannons to shoot it down. The faction is in possession of at least one CAS-class assault carrier the Breath of Annihilation.
