Alluvion was a human colony world, likely among the inner colonies.[1]

History

The colony was attacked by the Covenant during the Human-Covenant War in late 2542 or early 2543. Spartan Gabriel Thorne's parents were UNSC Army officers stationed on the planet at the time. They, along with Alluvion's human population, died when the Covenant glassed the planet.[1]
