Miguel Ferrer is an American actor. Born as a naturalized American citizen in Santa Monica, California, he has Puerto Rican ancestry. He voiced Sesa 'Refumee, the Heretic leader, in Halo 2 and in a terminal of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, and has also made numerous appearances in many sci-fi and reality television shows and movies, such as Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
