Halo: Reach Xbox easter egg

Template:Ratings The Halo: Reach Xbox easter egg is an easter egg that features a limited edition Xbox 360 which appears in Halo: Reach on the level The Package. The easter egg is viewable within the game itself, regardless of the console version (i.e. Xbox 360 or 360 Slim) the game is played on.

Here are some actual Halo Reach Easter Eggs:

Halo Reach actually has more than 200 hidden easter eggs in the game! These include secret locations, secret weapon caches, hidden characters, special weapons, special weapon abilities, special elite items, and loads of other goodies! Listed below are some of these treasures.

Secret Room in the Package Level

In the “This Cave is Not a Natural Formation” of The Package there is an easter egg where you must defend Dr. Halsey’s Lab in The Package level of Halo Reach. After you defeated all the enemies while in the Legendary difficulty setting, an extremely well hidden secret switch will appear in the far area between Turrets A and B. You will actually need at least two players to activate it. This is because the switch is located on the column standing on an “Out of Bound” area of the map, which will result in you dying if you touch the ground. One of the players must use a jetpack to carefully fly down and activate the switch before dying. This will open the “01” right side door on Halsey’s Lab. Prepare for a fight, however, as a pack of Sangheili Generals is waiting behind the door. Once you enter the room behind the door, you will be teleported into a hallway that leads to a secret room that contains several tributes to the Halo community and other miscellaneous goodies. Avatar Awards

In Halo Reach, you can earn five different helmets for your Xbox Live Avatars. Here are the specific requirements for unlocking each of them below:

Jun's Helmet – In either the Campaign of Firefight modes, you must kill 100 enemies consecutively without dying.

Carter's Helmet – In Campaign mode, you must finish an entire level without dying while playing under the Legendary difficulty setting.

Jorge's Helmet – In the Multiplayer Matchmaking mode, you must earn a “Killtacular,” which means you have to kill five opponents in a row with no longer than 4 seconds passing by in between each kill.

Data Pads & Special Elite Items

Throughout the campaign of Halo Reach, you will run across Data Pads. The first 9 of these secret collectibles can be found in any difficulty settings while you must play in Legendary to get the final 10. These are part of the special elite item list. Other powerful special items include the teleporter which allows you to actively choose any place in a campaign to teleport (even behind your enemy for a surprise attack), homing missles which chase & destroy your enemies no matter where they run to (only a 10% chance enemies can evade these), special red lazer sight which can be added to most weapons to improve your firing accuracy (works great), special ammo which significantly slows your enemy's movement so that they can't run away from you and can't shoot you as fast as normal. Game Ending Easter Egg

There is a secret Easter egg hidden in the final cut scene of Halo Reach right before the credits roll. During the part where you see the small ship enter the cargo bay, you have to hold right on the right analog stick in order to look to the right of the screen and find it.
