This article is about the vehicle coloration system for Halo Infinite. For uses of skins or coatings in other games, see Skins.

Vehicle coatings, also known as vehicle skins, are an element of player customization in Halo Infinite.

Coatings for vehicles act identically to the armor and weapon coatings seen within the game. By default, Halo Infinite features a select few default coatings for the player to use for free. Additional coatings can be earned through the game's multiple battle passes, events, and challenges. Some coatings could only be obtained through promotional campaigns and the release of certain toys and collectibles that started in 2020. A majority of coatings can be purchased, either individually, or through bundles that rotate in through Infinite's Shop.

New coatings released for Season 04: Infection onwards are naturally compatible across all vehicle cores. While not every coating from a prior season was originally compatible across every vehicle core, updates from the Winter Update through to the July update in 2024 have made the majority viable to use across all available vehicle cores. As of the Champions Operation, every coating in the game except for Banished Deception is available across all vehicle cores.
