Kukris are a type of combat knife employed by the UNSC.[2]

Design details[edit]

Kukris are a machete, typically curved, and longer than other types of knives such as the M1 combat knife.[1] Some kukris are manufactured by Misriah Armory.[1][3]

Usage[edit]

Misriah Armory corporate security uses kukris sheathed on shoulder pads.[3]

Emile-A239 equipped himself with a kukri between at least December 2551 at the Defense of Concord,[4] up until his death in 2552 during the Fall of Reach.[5]

UNSC Marines sometimes equipped kukris during both the Battle of Requiem and the Requiem Campaign.[6]
