- March 3: Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary becomes available for The Master Chief Collection on PC/Steam.

- May 12: Halo 2: Anniversary becomes available for The Master Chief Collection on PC/Steam.

- July 13: Halo 3 becomes available for The Master Chief Collection on PC/Steam, alongside the launch of Season 2: Spark.[note 1]
- July 23: Halo Infinite's Campaign mode is showcased at the Xbox Games Showcase.

- September 21: Halo 3: ODST is released for The Master Chief Collection on PC, with the addition of Firefight to the collection on all platforms and the launch of Season 3: Recon.
- September 22: Halo: Shadows of Reach was originally set to be released, before being delayed until October 20th.
