In 2559, an Unggoy self proclaimed as Yapyap the Destroyer undertook an armed rebellion against the Banished.[1]
History
Yapyap served the Banished for a period of time. During the losing battle against the UNSC on Installation 00, Yapyap rebelled against the Banished along with with several Unggoy, Sangheili, and Mgalekgolo following him.
This rebelling faction aimed to located the fabled Golden Methane Hydrate Mines of Sabator, told to exist by a Kig-Yar fortune teller.
