A UNSC Draft Notice can be found in certain areas of the Halo 3 levels Crow's Nest, High Ground, Rat's Nest, and Foundry. While the text is hard to interpret, it appears to mention the HBO^[1] website, making its contents an Easter egg. Draft Notices can also be found scattered on the ground throughout New Mombasa in the Halo 3: ODST level Mombasa Streets.
