Fireteam Shadow is an elite special operations team of four SPARTAN-IV supersoldiers. They were assigned to the UNSC Infinity and fought on the Forerunner shield world Requiem in July 2557.^[1]

History

In February 2558, Fireteam Shadow assisted Fireteam Crimson in protecting the science team at "the Refuge" during the Requiem Campaign. This was accomplished by infiltrating a Covenant CRS-class light cruiser. In spite of heavy resistance, the team overloaded the ship's power core, destroying the cruiser and saving Crimson.^[2]

During the Requiem Campaign Fireteam Shadow, tested GOBLIN-class Mjolnir,^[3] but the individual members have also worn ARGUS, HELIOSKRILL, WAR MASTER, and OPERATOR-class Mjolnir.^[4]
