:Note however that if Owen and Hazel "joined" the Spartan Branch. The "grade" would be more of a pay grade and not equivalent to a rank itself. The Spartan rank is the outlier and thus post-war we cant assume they stayed in the og Branch they were in after 2553. To add to my point the source doesnt say "Petty Officer Second Class Name" it says "Spartan Name".-[[User:CIA391|CIA391]] ([[User talk:CIA391|talk]]) 16:35, July 26, 2019 (EDT) | :Note however that if Owen and Hazel "joined" the Spartan Branch. Guess this can be deleted now. Should have just renamed this to Owen-B096 but oh well.TheEld (talk) 16:57, 21 February 2019 (EST)TheEld
- As this is the older of the two duplicate pages, it will be moved to the correct title and merged with the content of the other.--Spartacus Talk • Contribs 19:28, 21 February 2019 (EST)
E-5[edit]
The Spartan Field manual explicitly shows us that E-5 = Petty Officer Second Class. We certainly can't list "Spartan" as his rank just because he's a Spartan. Furthermore, we know that can't be his rank because ALL "spartans" in that branch are given an officer's commission. Owen and Hazel are still both enlisted.
