Is this page really necessary? It's pretty obvious that it's a mistake in Halo Wars: Genesis comic. :It may be a retcon, naming the planet Cote d'Azure. Sigma Octanus IV is just its designation - just like Earth is really Sol III - signifying that its the fourth planet in the SO system.
