The Harvest Parliament Building was the seat of the Parliament of the colony world of Harvest. The Parliament building was located in the capital city of Utgard, right past the Utgard Mall. Constructed mainly of granite, it was shaped like the letter "I", and was surrounded by a low ironwork fence and well-manicured gardens. The roof was thatched with sun-bleached wheat straw.[1]
This building was likely destroyed in the Covenant process of glassing Harvest.[1]
