Lieutenant Commander Musa, is a former SPARTAN-II candidate and one of the creators of the SPARTAN-IV Program.[1]
Biography
Musa was abducted in 2517 along with the other SPARTAN-IIs. As a result of the augmentations Musa was forced into a wheelchair for the rest of his life. In January 2553 he brought together several admirals at HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6 to discuss the development and necessity of the SPARTAN-IV Program.
