The soundtrack starts on a single note, followed by a choir melody. The orchestra continues its accompaniment, then choir gets louder and continues its melody. It runs for exactly 1 minute and 19 seconds (1:19).
This choir melody is the same as the beginning of the Halo 3 Announcement Trailer, and is included in the soundtrack use in the trailer.
It plays in the Main Menu of Halo 3 randomly.
