The BGX Directive was a United Nations Space Command order issued by UNSC Naval Command to classify UNSC Emergency Priority Order 098831A-1[1] and UNSC Priority Transmission 09872H-98it[2] as a sub-category of the Cole Protocol. Its purpose was to drastically reduce the risk of critical information falling into the hands of the enemy.
