The F-99 Wombat is an UNSC Air Force vehicle. It is a carrier-based unmanned air combat vehicle.

- The Wombat was originally going to be featured in Halo 3, but didn't appear until Halo 3: ODST.[1] It was featured in the Art of Halo 3 book.[2] It wasn't actually officially named the Wombat, but was just a joke referring to the fighter's designation.
