UNSC Wink of an Eye was assigned to UNSC Battle Group India. The ship took part in the Battle of Psi Serpentis, better known as Admiral Cole's Last Stand.^[2]

The Wink of an Eye is said to have active camouflage systems, a feat not widely used among UNSC starships, except for the Unnamed Stealth Spacecraft. The technology is most likely experimental, since the camouflage couldn't keep up with the constantly-changing atmosphere of the gas giant Viperidae.
