Summary
Lieutenant Rick Hale was a Pelican pilot on the Pillar of Autumn. His Pelican, Charlie 217, was captured and used as a human decoy for Zuka 'Zamamee's Elites to ambush Alpha Base. He was killed by 'Zamamee with an Energy Garrote.
