Co-Pilot of Pelican Dropship Echo 419, under Captain Carol "Foehammer" Rawley. He was sarcastic and cynical, and pointed out a Combat Form to his Captain. The fellow died when his dropship was shot down by Banshees on the level The Maw. He was not heard of in Halo: Combat Evolved.
