Wilkins

Summary

UNSC soldier and member of the Marines. Corporal Wilkins was stationed aboard the Pillar of Autumn during The Battle of Reach. When the vessel fled to Installation 04, he was given a squad of five Marines and assigned to guard a Bumblebee that the senior staff of the vessel could evacuate in. It cost him 3 men, but Wilkins garded the pod long enough that Captain Keyes and others could escape in the lifepod. Also boarding that lifepod was Bako 'Ikaporamee. Keyes borrowed Wilkins' Pistol and used it to kill the Elite, as he was the only one who noticed 'Ikaporomee through his Active Camouflage.

On the ground, Wilkins and his men defended Keyes and the command crew as long as possible, but Ensign Ellen Dowski, who surrendered to the Covenant, betrayed the group and they were surrounded. The Elites hunting them then executed Wilkins, Dowski, and the rest of the group, save for Keyes.
