Cayman Squad is a squad of UNSC Marines who fought in the Battle for Zeta Halo.[1]
History
At around the time Master Chief John-117 arrived on the fragmented section of Zeta Halo, Cayman Squad was attacked by Banished forces around a D77-TC Pelican wreckage. After the Chief recaptured FOB Golf, his AI companion, the Weapon, picked up Cayman's distress call, prompting the Spartan to rescue the marines.[1]
