In Halo: The Master Chief Collection the achievement is unlocked by completing The Pillar of Autumn on any difficulty. The Xbox achievement artwork is a Halo: Reach concept art of The Pillar of Autumn in drydock in the Asźod ship breaking yards.

Trivia

The achievement's name is a direct quote of Avery Johnson's last words.^[2]
It also could be referring to the fact that this is the final mission of Bungie's last Halo game, meaning to end their involvement in the Halo franchise with a "bang", in this case the last action the player performs is shooting down a Covenant cruiser.
