Covenant or not?

Considering this was made by grunts with the help of the Created, should this be considered as part of a covenant remnant? It's more of the product of a new Created alliance with the grunts from the home world whom I don't think are directly involved with the covenant. Also same goes for the Banished. I propose a category "Ground and air vehicles of emerging factions" that would encompass the new factions that aren't exactly covenant. --Crisperstorm (talk) 17:11, 7 September 2016 (EDT)

Variants

That doesn't make any sense, though. So far all the "temple" vehicles are affiliated with sangheili zealots or ascetics. The Goblin is Balaho-made. Calling it another "temple" vehicle just because of the color seems irresponsible to me -Japeth555
