FLEETCOM Sector Four is identified as a region of UNSC-controlled space.[1]
In 2517, when screening the candidates for the SPARTAN-II program, Dr. Catherine Halsey decided to process candidates in Sector Four while her team would do the same in other sectors. One of the systems Dr. Halsey visited in the sector was the Eridanus system, where she first met John-117. Dr. Halsey also visited Dwarka, a colony on the edge of human-controlled space. There she met with another candidate for her program named Soren.[2]
