It did not say that 047 was dead. It is not Avery Johnson. He probably wasnt in the first hundred. This individual would have gotten Hasley into a shitload of trouble had he/she been revealed. Normally if something does not say someones is dead but implies that he/she is, its trying to mislead you. This leads me to the conclusion 047 had some unusual treatment and probably had something the other spartan 1s didnt. Dioxin Poisoning may just be a cover up. It never said he/she was dead... in fact a data was deleted almost which tells me that Hasley had some particularly high friends help her out. More data showing that 047 is alive and kicking, just locked up.
